The students are instructed to see the notice board of the college for different notices of different examinations.
Students are required to contact their respective teachers/proctors about the examinations.
All the students are required to secure at least 75% of attendance to appear for any examinations. The students who secures below 75% attendance can’t appear for the examinations.
The students are required to appear for the Monthly/Mid-semester/Term-end examinations without fail.
The students are required to deposit the examination fees prescribed by Berhampur University as per the notice of the College. The dateline for examination registration is very important. So, students must be in contact with the officials of examination section regularly. The students who can’t register herself for the examination within the stipulated time period will not be allowed to appear for the University Term-End examinations. The college authorities will not be held responsible for any delay from the student’s side.
Students are required to contact and ascertain from the respective teachers regarding the Portion of the syllabus, question paper pattern and programme of the Examinations.
The Test examinations for the 1st year BA, 2nd year BA and 3rd year BA are ‘OBLIGATORY’ and students are required to pass these examinations.
Further every student should submit a clearance certificate ‘NO DUES’ in the prescribed form available in the College office, before the publication of Test examination results failing which she will not be permitted to appear at University examination and to continue studies further in the College.
The students who could not be sent up for appearing University examination on account of Poor results will be required to appear a Re-Test examination to be conducted by the College.
Every students is required to produce her identify card/Admit card in the College/ University examinations.
The University prescribes different rules related to examination at different times. The College is an affiliated College. So, the College abides by those rules. So, students are hereby instructed to follow the rules prescribed by the University at different times.
Candidates are not allowed into the examination hall without the ID card & Admit card (One time University Examination Admit card will be issued to students at the time of 1st semester. They are suggested to keep it in care. The admit card is valid to appear for all the fresh examination till the 6th semester examination.) No Slips, paper cuts or any other documents other than the ID & Admit card are allowed into the examination hall.
Candidates should bring their own pens and mathematical instruments.
Materials like bags, purses, mobile phones, books or papers (printed or manuscript) should not be brought into the examination hall, as nobody can undertake the responsibility of safeguarding those materials in the premises of the College.
Candidates are not allowed to leave the hall before one hour from commencement of the examination.
Candidates should not leave their seats unless they have submitted their answer book to an invigilator and signed in the required proforma.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after once quitting it. In order to answer, call of nature, however, a candidate may be permitted by the invigilator to leave the hall temporarily under special supervision.
The candidates are not permitted to talk to each other in the examination hall. No one shall receive any help from or assist another in any manner.
The Roll No. & Regn. No. should be clearly written on the prescribed column of the answer book. Answer book without the Roll No. & Regn. Clearly written will not be examined.
The candidate should not while in the examination hall, write anything on the question paper or on any paper other than the answer book.
A candidate wishing to say anything should stand up and remain standing silent until the invigilator comes to her. She should on no account leave her seat or make any noise to call invigilator's attention to her.
Candidates are not allowed to bring incriminating materials like cell phones, audio-video Electronic instruments etc. to the examination hall.
The College authorities may modify, delete and add such rules time to time for the qualitative improvement of the institutions.
Infringement of the above rules or misbehavior by a candidate will render her liable to expulsion from the examination hall or such other punishments as the Principal / Superintendent may deem fit.
